PropAnalyzer AI ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application and this website (collectively, the "Service"). We do not collect precise GPS coordinates without your explicit permission, and we do not access your contacts, camera, or microphone unless you initiate a feature that requires it.

We do not use your property deal data to train AI models shared with other users without your explicit opt-in consent.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We may share information with:
- Service providers — trusted vendors who help us operate the Service (cloud hosting, payment processing, analytics, email delivery). They are contractually bound to process data only as directed by us and may not use it for their own purposes.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. If you delete your account we will delete or anonymise your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required by law to retain it longer (for example, for tax or accounting purposes).
Anonymised, aggregated analytics data that cannot identify you may be retained indefinitely to improve the Service.

PropAnalyzer AI is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or 16 in the EU/UK). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child, please contact us at privacy@propanalyzer.ai and we will delete it promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
